Great location for exploring north east , very well kitted out and had everything we needed
Only thing that irked me a bit was the £10 charge for parking when I could have actually parked on the street free of charge plus carp park was virtually empty but I guess that’s the way of the hotel world these days

The hotel and staff were great, friendly and helpful
for guests i would like to see free parking and not £10 overnight

The Manager Mac was very good and very attentive.
Initial problem with the TV but sorted by staff member, surprised by the charge for the use of the Car park. Our second night was spoilt by the noise from the connecting room.
