We had a really lovely stay and felt right at home. The staff were exceptional, and any requests we had were dealt with quickly. The breakfasts were great, and the location was perfect — within walking distance of the city centre and main sights, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. Highly recommend staying here!
There was something wrong with the balcony door, and an unpleasant draft was coming through

Don't normally write reviews, but I'm making an exception, the staff are always welcoming and friendly, there standard of cleanliness is superior, the breakfast western style gourmet and everyday the hot dishes change. I highly recommend. If any issue happens they are quite to resolve. Never disappointing.

Excellent choice of stay in the heart of the city. I came here by tram as hotel is located not far from tram station and also within 15mins walk to Rynok Square. There are plenty of food options around, many shops and grocery stores.
The hotel itself offers a nice breakfast and has 24/7 reception available. They also serve breakfast which was included into room price and it was pretty descent.
The room itself was very cosy and had everything I needed for comfortable stay.
No complaints - everything was great.

Location and staff made this place palatable.pet friendly. Staff was helpful. Breakfast ok
No fridge. No hair dryer. Had to ask for kettle. And if anyone does book this hotel. Be sure to drop a pin for your location as there are 5 other hotels under this “Jam” name. And the names on doors do not coincide with the name Jam. Completely other names. Got lost and google maps had me exploring all their “sister” hotels
