A good size family room and the staff were very accommodating when I needed to rearrange my booking.
No parking , but after saying that the staff were helpful regarding this. There were electric points for charging near by but they did not work, want to point out they had nothing to do with the hotel but if you base you booking on how easy to charge your car it’s important to know. However, there is one near Booths and again the staff were helpful in letting us know where to go.

Easy to find.
A brilliant bookshop up the road.
Difficulties with parking. No dedicated parking and limited length of stay outside the hotel.
the Reception was very poor. The bell didn't work so it wasn't possible to summon anyone.
On arrival at 9pm, the place was in darkness - no food or bar service (apparently they had a bar open at the rear of the building but unless you were local, you wouldn't know.
We had to get back in the car to find somewhere for refreshments. Dined on crisps!
