Great location next to the bus station
Lovely use of a historical building
Great rooms with comfortable beds and big bathroom with walk in shower
All staff extremely friendly and helpful
Buffet breakfast very good
Seems to be the gathering point for young locals from around midnight to 5am ! Just hanging out but the noise woke us up every night .

- Location - nice stroll, 15 min to the old town, and one minute from the bus station
- Rooms are done to ok standard, and windows can be opened
- Breakfast options around are good; we didn’t have breakfast at the hotel given that it was pricey and reviews were bad
- Helpful reception staff, and everyone is friendly and approachable
- It’s noisy, not what you would expect from something out of the way
- Corridor carpets are awfully stained; corridors are decorated nicely but do feel dirty
- One complimentary bottle of water would be nice; instead, the fridge is full of drinks that are payable
- Rooms are small; you need to unpack your suitcase as soon as you arrive, and there is not much storage
- The TV only has a few Spanish-speaking channels, and that’s it. It would be nice to have an English-speaking channel for morning TV
- During the day, a lot of men hang around outside doing nothing, like grown men just chain-smoking and staring at their phones or lying on the benches. Apparently, these are the refugees who are working with Tabakalera Art House on some integration project, but it doesn’t feel safe, although no one approached us, and they are gone when you’re back at night

Booked 3 twins but got 3 doubles initially. Had to ask to change rooms.
Also - fire door was found to be locked - pointed out to staff..."
