Awesome location right on the beach. We snorkeled directly out front almost everyday. The resort is in need of a facelift but the price suits (we paid $37AUD a night including a simple but tasty breakfast served right on the beach). Pool was out for maintenance but didn’t matter as we went down to Unggul Hotel - their pool was really good and 2 cocktails for $10 all arvo and we stayed for dinner - the pasta was excellent. Book the sea view room it makes the stay. Friendly staff who always looked after your needs. Bed was comfortable, toilet was old but flushed and plenty of hot water. A/C struggled with the afternoon heat but was ok at night. Horses came to swim one day right in front.
It’s getting old and needs work but the price reflects this so go with it or buy something better.

The property is not 5 star, it has everything you need in a beautiful location. The pool was in the shade all day, meaning it was cool and relaxing.

Absolutely loved the location. It's right on the beach. Also not much far from the harbor and good to see that cinema at aston beach bar nearby. Mad Monkey and rabbit jump are also nearby.
Initially there was no help for luggage transfer for check-in. The manager didn't seem too friendly, he asked us to take our own luggage, even at the time of checkout. Also the same manager asked for extra one day money for bicycle, while earlier we already agreed that I need two hours extra after two days, but then he asked me for extra money for one day. Sometimes privacy is compromised too. The condition of the room is too old. The major problem is too much mosquito in the room. Overall disappointing management. Could have been easily 9/10 given the location, but poorly managed can just bring it 6/10 or rather 5/10. Will not consider it again for my next stay.
