Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die total geschmacksvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet ist. Das Häuschen hat einen tollen Garten mit exotischen Bäumen. Es ist fussläufig vom Strand ebenso direkt an der Altstadt. Perfekte Lage! Francesca und ihr Papa waren stets für uns da, unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend! Wir haben viele Tipps bekommen, konnten jederzeit in Kontakt bleiben. Francesca vermietet auch in Modena eine Wohnung für Urlauber. Wir würden jederzeit sofort wieder hier bleiben, wenn wir nach Scalea zurückkehren. Sie sind auch sehr tierlieb! Der Parkplatz war ebenso perfekt für unser Auto. Es waren wunderbare und entspannte Tage. Vielen Dank dafür! Wir können es nur von Herzen empfehlen!
Es gab überhaupt nichts was nur ansatzweise zu bemängeln wäre. Alles perfekt!

Die freundliche Vermieterin Francesca hatte im Vorfeld schon Kontakt zu uns aufgenommen und uns Informationen übermittelt. Das Auto konnte überdacht im Innenhof geparkt werden. Die Wohnung war nicht modern eingerichtet, hatte aber ihr eigenes Flair. Alles war funktionell, die Betten waren bequem, die Küche voll ausgestattet, genügend Steckdosen, gute Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten. Hier wird auch Wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt, alles sehr positiv! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt und können Sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Nebenan befindet sich zur Zeit eine Baustelle, diese hat uns jedoch nicht gestört, da wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs gewesen sind, die Wohnung war auch so gut isoliert, dass der Lärm weitestgehend ausgesperrt werden konnte.
Vielleicht könnte man noch einen Kosmetikmülleimer im Bad aufstellen.

The entire upper floor was available to us. Spacious and completely private. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and in the kitchen/living room, in great working condition: a must have if you happen to be here during a hot period.
Bedrooms are large and refreshing with all the necessary storage space. The kitchen is spacious for the local standards, and fully equipped. The living/dining area is large enough to conveniently have meals at home. Refrigerator and freezer were cooling great; everything in there was cold and fresh to an American standard ;-)
The halls and stairs were large and conveniently located. Lots of extra room to sit around or lay down things as necessary.
The whole place was furnished with care, taste, and well maintained.
Parking was private inside the property, gated and secure: very convenient in this area where parking can be difficult to find. Two parking spaces fully available to the guest.
We found the owners extremely responsive and attentive; Francesca speaks excellent English and can communicate without any difficulty. She also provided lots of information and hints on what to do and visit in the area.
Location is extremely central: lots of shops and restaurants in the area, close to the beach, and to the old city center, which is also unique in its style.
Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had in Southern Europe.
Can’t really find anything negative about this stay: everything was exceptional.
