SmallBrook Cottage

Great location - excellent communication with both Lawrence and Lucinda and made to feel very welcomed.

Nothing

Lucy and Lawrence have a lovely home and are fantastic hosts. Their property is located conveniently for strolling into Broadway either along the roadway footpath or across the field using the public footpath; so much so we didn't move our car from arriving on Friday until departure on Monday. We had everything we needed to have a thoroughly enjoyable break. Breakfast each morning with tea or coffee, fruit juices, toast, jam/honey/marmalade, and choices of cereal, fruit, yoghurt, or the traditional full English, set us up nicely for the day. Highly recommended.

We have no complaints whatsoever about our stay.

Great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Smallbrook Cottage. The full English breakfast quickly became a Fav! The hosts are lovely and helpful with local knowledge, tips and provided helpful maps. They gave us tips on walking to the village on the footpath which was a great way to explore Broadway without the car! The room was very comfortable with its own bathroom/shower. and super comfy bed! Parking was available which helped for our rental car. It is close to a roadway but very quiet at night, and made for quick ability to get out and explore other parts of the Cotswolds
