Our 13-night stay at this beautiful apartment was truly special, and it is difficult to put into words how grateful I am.
The apartment itself was wonderful — spacious, spotless, comfortable and perfect for the two of us. It genuinely felt like our own home in Antwerp. Everything was thoughtfully provided, from the fully equipped kitchen to the modern facilities. The hot water was amazing, making every shower so comfortable, and I especially loved the makeup area with its bright lighting. These little details made our stay even more enjoyable.
The location is also perfect. It is very close to Antwerp Central Station, with many restaurants, cafés and shops within walking distance. We also felt very safe because there is an additional secure entrance before entering the apartment.
But what touched my heart the most was the kindness of the owner.
During our stay, we travelled to Paris for two nights. Instead of asking us to check out and find somewhere to store our luggage, she generously allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment for free because we would be coming back to stay again.
It may sound like a small thing, but to me, it meant so much. Her kindness made our journey so much easier and gave us such peace of mind. I have travelled to many places, but I honestly don't think I have ever met an owner as kind and thoughtful as her.
I never even had the chance to meet her in person, yet she helped us as though we were someone she had known for years. She truly felt like an angel who appeared at the right moment to make our journey easier. I was genuinely emotional and deeply touched by her generosity.
Some people give you a beautiful place to stay. Some people give you something even more precious — kindness that you will remember long after you leave.
For me, she gave us both.
I am 100% satisfied with this apartment, and without hesitation, I would stay here again.

Good location for transport.
Apartment very clean
Hot water
Bedroom 2 had no window.
Also main light not wired up.
One dinning room chair broken. Asked for replacement which was addressed.
Would be good to have more than one coat hanger per person as storage limited.
As apartment is for 4 people an additional comfortable chair is required.
Instructions for microwave/oven would be useful.

Ideal location and a great option if you need the Central Station and buses like Flibco, etc. The station is right around the corner, less than 5 minutes away. Around the corner is an excellent local supermarket. The city center is a 10-minute walk. But the station area itself is multicultural and noisy. The apartment was exactly the one in the photo (I understand there are many of them there, owned by the same owners). The room faced the courtyard (no view), but it was quiet.The amenities were as described. Yes, the apartment itself was old and the furniture was very basic, but the most important elements - toilet, shower and plumbing, mini-kitchen with kettle and microwave - had been recently renovated - everything was good. The room had a bed with a good mattress, a large TV, and a sofa opposite. elevator. Good water pressure and always hot water. Easy check-in and check-out. Thanks Rev!
If you're looking for a beautiful room with large windows, nice furniture, and a long-term stay, this probably isn't it (my room - as I haven't seen any others). This option is all about practicality and convenience. The saucepan was okay, but the frying pan was old and eggs stuck to it. It needed at least a little oil and salt, maybe some spices to use the stovetop for cooking, but you'd need to buy everything. There's no coffee machine—only an electric kettle. The kitchenware was minimal, but adequate. There was also a corkscrew, a can opener, and a bottle opener. Not all windows have mosquito nets. There were no hooks or a coat hanger at the entrance(

The apartment was conveniently located near to the Central train and bus stations. It was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. We liked that the toilet was separate to the bathroom. The manager/ owner was very helpful and obliging.
The area was on the seedy side and as two women we were not very comfortable going out after dark. The neighbours in surrounding apartments were very noisy and were shouting and playing loud music all hours of the night. The lift sounded as if people were dragging pipes around in the ceiling. Even with earplugs it was difficult to sleep at night. If noise doesn’t bother you then this is a great apartment
