Great property and facilities. Alberto hosted us and was really nice. We had an excellent stay. The sauna and steam room were great. The facilities nice. We had breakfast which was good. Dinner we went to Montepulciano.
We got moved from our room with a view which we book which was disappointing.

The property was nice.
This is the only place in Italy where we felt swindled by the hotel staff. Specifically the , services were horrible.
