Close to Termini which was a must for us, close to tourist attractions, clean, stuff very friendly. Safe area even at 3:00 o’clock in the morning when we left for Fiumicino.
Maybe it is not the hotel fault but the city tax should be paid to booking.com when booking and not at the hotel at arrival. 5 Euro pro person per day.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the terminal, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby.
There were two single beds pushed together, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable. Both beds seemed to dip in the middle where they met, so we had to sleep on the outer edges of the beds. It was really uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep properly.

Location is pretty good, very close to the train station
The beds were 2 single mattress put together, which sometimes you’d sort of go in the middle, which wasn’t very comfortable

Great location with most tourist attractions around 30/40 minute walk.
Balcony was a good.
Two hairdryers which was good.
Easy check in process. Host sent instructions via booking.com.
Single bed leg was broken
Could do with a mirror in the bedroom as only had one in the bathroom and with three people sharing, this proved difficult.
Double bed only had one pillow for each person and these were flat.
Reception wasn't always manned.
