This was the second time I stayed here and absolutely love the place. The location, room and staff are all fantastic. The place is safe and quiet. I love that they have bikes available for those of us who want to move around the city by bike. The hotel staff is friendly and very accommodating. I will be back soon!

It was very clean and I liked that I could put out a sign if I wanted cleaning or not each day. The staff was very supportive and friendly. Great shower with instant hot water. Good mattress, but the bed was so high that I had some difficulty climbing onto it each night! Nice quality of sheets and towels. Convenient to have an elevator though I never enjoyed (or even saw...) the rooftop due to daily heavy rains. I chose this place due to its proximity to my usual hotel with the benefit of a kitchen (the washer/dryer was handy, too).
The location was close to public transportation, lots of restaurants, useful businesses and overall convenient, the setting was too busy and noisy for me. Just a half-dozen blocks away, I have enjoyed the same conveniences in a more peaceful surrounding. Perhaps due to the location of my room, I also had noise in the room from workman and chatting maids (who obviously enjoyed their work!). And a few times, strong chemical smells came into my room via the windows. However, it might have partially come from the place next door. The couch/seating was not comfortable and the lights (though plenty of them throughout the apartment) were all very dim. I had no decent light for reading (except when I used my phone). My phone had been stolen so I didn't have Uber or the option of calling a taxi service. The airport service used by the guesthouse was several hundred pesos more than I usually pay when staying nearby.

The hotel is well located, near Paseo de la Reforma, lots of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Large room with comfortable bed and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The window looked at a wall and an interior courtyard. That said, it was comparatively quiet as a result.

The rooms were big, clean and spacious the staff members were all the time helping with the inquiries.
The noise from the street was unbearable; we stayed on the ground floor and didn't sleep for three nights because of the restaurants next door and the drunken people on the street. They should provide earplugs for guests on the lower levels.
