Super-comfortable bed. Room is compact but well-equipped and designed. Friendly and helpful host, with some generous touches (beer in fridge, croissants on departure), excellent communication and local info. Easy walk down into town.
Bed isn't actually extra-large as advertised. Can't complain as it was so comfortable, but it's a king not a super-king. Privacy an issue as room is ground-floor and the window looks straight out on the front path, so you basically have to keep the blinds down/curtain drawn if you don't want every passer-by/other guest staring right in. Shame as it's a good view over the sea. Also it's a bit noisy - being right by the front door means that you share Joby's jovial greetings and conversations with every other guest. And bear in mind that the property is 10/15 mins walk up a steep hill from the town, 20/25 mins from the station. Better for people with a car (who can benefit from the excellent parking). We came by train, and it was a slog, especially with a gale blowing. None of the above would prevent us staying again, but it's good to be forewarned.

Superb service from friendly host and lots of thoughtful touches such as fridge with free beers and waters. We could park our car immediately outside.
Nothing we didn’t like. Breakfast was just croissants so this could have been better.
