Javier was a good host and very responsive.
Apartment needs a good deep cleaning and some maintenance work. Showers leak on the floor and the tiles are stained and dirty. Most of the dishes we pulled out from the kitchen cabinets were dirty. Apartment needs some overall maintenance. There was also an issue of some noise at night, pounding through the walls. To Javier's credit, he did try to find the source of the noise, but wasn't able to.

"The apartment was very spacious, and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay, the washing machine was very helpful as I was there for a sporting event."
