It is a small, family run boutique hotel. Everyone was so friendly. They go above and beyond helping you with anything you need. The rooms are wonderful, as is the pool. The Old Town of Hoi An is a very short walk. Everything is close and beautiful! We definitely recommmend The Flamingo!

Good location, close enough for easy walking distance but just outside for it to be quiet at night.
Staff were great couldn’t do enough to help us, gave us an umbrella when raining, free coffee in the morning and recommendations on things to do.
Laundry service was good, fairly priced and quick.
For the price to have a pool is very good as well as a free morning coffee.
Only negative was the temperature of the shower, it struggled to get warm at times.

The service was exceptional. We have never felt so welcomed. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we got the most out of Hoi An.
The pool was also a lovely way to cool off after a day of exploring.
Location was spot on. You did have to walk into the main old town spot but it was only about a 5 minute walk to the bridge.
