Friendly welcome from on-site caretaker. Clean, modern villas. Well situated to central Kingscote with restaurants and grocery shop close and the bay across the road.
Rooms cosy size. Middle room in 3-bd villas had no windows, but a small skylight as an attempt to lighten it up, but was still a bit gloomy.

Our Villa we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The host was super friendly and helpful.
We stayed here for three nights and it is in a great location, central for all the places to see and do around Kingscote.

Good position
It was just not comfortable and the set out of the villa is unusual !
