Friendly staff, always ready to help. They even helped me with my bulky luggage. Location is great, close to multiple places of interest, and the place is very quiet despite being in the center of Ubud. Nice breakfast and dinner, and the restaurant overlooks jungle and pool. I got a breakfast box the one morning I left before the kitchen opened. Wifi is fast enough too. They offer pre-planned excursions but also the possibility to design your own excursion with a driver. I did not have any issues with insects in my room (despite it being ground floor), which are described by many previous guests. I also appreciated that staff asked me if the bathroom was clean enough (it was!) when they took me to my room
The only thing I did not appreciate is that the driver I got for my excursion was terribly sick. Not necessarily something that is under the control of the resort, but since I booked through reception, I thought it would be wise to mention it. The other thing is that you may clearly hear the people above you walk left and right, so depending on who is accommodated above you, it may be an issue or not (it was not for me). If you are a light sleeper, ask to be placed in a room on the first floor

The beautiful pool, the friendly staff, frappe from the restaurant, comfy beds, spacious room with huge bathroom, jumgle views. Breakfast was ok
The 60+ stairs down to reach the pool and access our room. Described as on ground floor but not the case. Those with mobility issues would find difficult.
A noisy rooster at neighbouring property may be bothersome..bring earplugs

Depending on your room it can be either 5 flights of stairs to leave the property or get down and back up from the pool. Larger resort type accommodation so there were families and kids which if prefer to avoid. The hot water doesn’t last long so absolutely no point in booking a room with a bathtub which I did so was a bit disappointed by not being able to practically use it. If you don’t mind stairs, kids and don’t want a bathtub it’s an absolutely beautiful property with lovely staff and great service although the kitchen is a bit hit and miss in terms of being open for lunch service.

It was close to everything but once off the road you couldn't hear anything,the eateries around us were amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful, very very relaxing.
