This hotel is a good all rounder.
Friendly, helpful and conscientious staff help keep this hotel clean and moving efficiently.
Located in the middle of the old town made it easy to get around. It never got too loud, it is in a relatively quiet and respectful neighbourhood.
Breakfast was a bit lacking but there are many great places to eat within walking distance. Book without breakfast and go out. But Coffee First cafe immediately across the road is a little treasure. Fern Forest Cafe for something more substantial won’t disappoint.
We came for three nights and stayed 8 nights, would happily stay again. Pool area is a bit plain if you are travelling with kids but for adults it does the job fine.
We really enjoyed our stay and are greatful to the staff that were always welcoming and helpful.
Thank you so much.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and happy to help out where possible.
Beds are extremely hard, pillows are lumpy and uncomfortable, bath and pool towels need a refresh as they are old and frayed. Bathroom layout isn’t great. Breakfast was good but definitely needs more fresh fruit other than just the watermelon provided.

Staff were so friendly and chatty and super helpful if needed. Great location in the old town. Room had good facilities and pool area was lovely and clean.
Electrical sockets were a bit temperamental and didn’t always work.
