Very nice place if you’re flying out early.
Located in an industrial area.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It was very quiet despite being so close to the airport at Basel Mulhouse.

The room was fantastic. Spacious, nicely sized TV, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a good shower.
I think the breakfast was a little disappointing. I would have liked more hot food options or higher-quality items (bacon and sausage), especially for the €19 fee.
The toilet in my twin room was a bit small for my 6'4 frame.

Big parking lot
The staff was not friendly, there was no service and no interaction, I needed to ask a lot of questions so no initiative from their side at all.
Bar was not open 24/7. We checked in quite late due to heavy congestion and only arrived at 23h00. We wanted only to order 2 cold beers.. but the staff simply said they are closed. Anyhow Mercure needs to invest in customer centricity and hire compentent staff.
