The rooms are spacious, everything is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly, parking is right next to the hotel, the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is clean and well located, besides the fact the city is very small. No need to use car to go to the church and apparition hill. Many restaurants are closer to the hotel.
Not only the staff of this hotel is rude, but the whole country people are not polite or seem to care for tourists. For a poor country, and Medjugorje is a city 100% depending on tourists and pilgrims, they should learn how to treat tourists. At this hotel, there is one person that works at the restaurant that screamed with my wife as she asked for a menu.
