Very good & central location, 10/15min walk from Kapana and Old Town. And 3/4 min walk from bus stops. Lots of shops/pharmacy in the area. Close to a park.
Good standards of cleanliness, much appreciated.
Towels clean and smelling nice.
Comfortable room and bed. Spacious bathroom.
Good quality of toiletries, shower gel, shampoo, hand-wash, shower cap and slippers.
Complimentary bottle of water, choice of tea, coffee machine in the room.
I liked having a little balcony to the room, and the view.
In general, good communication with the host.
I enjoyed my stay, so i would go back again, if I was to return to Plovdiv.
Thank you
Check in time quite limited as stated on booking.com. I had to insist to get a confirmation that it would be okay to check in late, between 10pm and 11pm (as I had 2 flights to get to Plovdiv that day).
I stayed 6nights and usually needed a top up of toiletries/change of towels every second day, one day I left the sign on the door for cleaning the room and the room wasn't cleaned. The host, Emil, explained that the lady that does the cleaning was absent that day due to family issues.
Water pressure in the shower is quite low, but I suppose there isn't much that the hosts could do about it.
Some nights, there was live music at the Hemingway restaurant just in front of the building, but it wasn't a problem for me, even though I'm a light sleeper. The noise levels were okay, from my point of view.

Very stylish, modern and immaculately clean room in a fantastic location. Spacious bathroom with a great shower. Check-in is totally digital but an easy to follow system even when you arrive late.

Nice and cozy hotel in the heart of Plovdiv. It is a receptionless hotel, but really conveniently made. Very clean and definitely an original room design.
