Our welcome from Isaac and the helpful recommendation for an app to help us navigate getting around the city - really helpful and we used it for direction and public transport services.
Clean room. Security. Value. Hot water. Mostly quiet location.
2 windows. Opened one.
Good small amenities - tea, coffee, biscuits.
Great information so we knew about the stairs and were prepared and travelling light.
We felt that effort had been made to create a comfortable and attractive themed space.
There's a big tv in the room but we were unable to find channels or use other connectivity options - useless.
The share bathroom option worked reasonably well, just needed to watch out for other people's spills!
Would want chairs to use table for take away food. (One comfortable, pretty reading chair was included.)
One broken blind. No fan or aircon, but temperature comfortable during our October stay.
Not being able o eat there - need to book ahead.

The bed was so comfortable and warm
The windows 2; inch gap in the bathroom window Right at the top only way to reach was by standing on the toilet seat and reaching up to put a rolled up towel only blocks the draft coming in still very noisy from the two main windows with cars and the planes going over !! If they upgrade the windows would of been great
