Loved the breakfast a good variety to choose from, the staff were lovely , so helpful, nothing to much trouble
I think the only thing , there is some noise at night with the bins being emptied and the road sweeper if your at the back of the hotel but it is understandable as that seems to be when those jobs are done

Central location, near the Esplanade of Spain, friendly staff.
I stayed for four nights on the top floor, and there was a constant noise coming from the roof. I didn't like that. It was annoying, and I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is located right at the center of everything. It's very close to the district full of restaurants, the marina and the shopping center of the city. The room was chic and elegant. The whole building lives up to its history. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean. They left a tote bag and hand fan as a gift as well as towels for the beach - which was very thoughtful.
There was not rack for the luggage which made it difficult to open the bags. The rooms in the first floor are close to the street so at night it is possible that you'll hear people talking on the street but it was OK.

Very clean and comfy bed, with different pillow options which was good. Cleaner was really on the ball. Around 30 mins after you leave your room in the morning, your room is cleaned. Location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and professional.
No sound proofing on windows, so a lot of traffic noise and bin lorries seem to operate every 3 - 4 hours throughout the night.
The doors have no sound proofing which means you can easily hear people talk in the corridors. The lift makes a loud sound when it stops on each floor, which can also be easily heard from inside the room.
The lift is EXTREMELY slow, painfully slow. The TV is old, not a smart TV, and the only English speaking channels are 3 news channels.
The room was very small and didn't look like the pictures on Booking.com.
