It's a townhouse within a 15 minute walk from the main attractions. Safe, quiet neighborhood; the apartment was very clean and provided all we needed, plus some extras. We had a car and the owner's mom met us upon arrival, and helped with parking. She also gave us some good information about local attractions.
The apartment was fine, however, you need to consider a couple of things before deciding whether to book it. Free parking: it's along a pretty narrow winding street with lots of parked cars and some available tight spaces, so a small car is better. The apartment: it has three levels and you'll be using at least two, the kitchen & bath/shower on the ground level and the bedroom (with a toilet) on the top one (living room with TV is in between.) If you have a lot of luggage and/or mobility issues, the stairs and your car parked at a distance may be a problem.

It's a terrace house, one room per level, have that in mind! For us it wasn't a problem.
You have got everything you need. It was really quiet place, no neighbors up or down.
We were there for 3 full days and it was great.
Waste bins should be located somewhere else.

Great property close to city center. Apartment in lovely old building, carefully restored to great standards, all clean and with extras thrown in such as bottle of wine and juice in the fridge and full fruit bowl. Felt great, shame we were only staying 1 night, definitely would book again if I was coming back. Great feel!
The apartment layout is across three levels, which was fine for us.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean! The most outstanding thing was the welcome including help with parking and the goodies (fruit, coffee, wine etc).
