Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Al di sotto delle aspettative, molto.

Appartamento situato in zona centrale, comodo a Praca da Figueiras e Praca do Comercio, a 10min scarsi dalla metro Rossio. Se si ha voglia di salire ancora più scalinate si arriva ad un paio di cafè interessanti per la colazione. La ristrutturazione non è stata fatta male ma il letto è piccolo e chiuso in un angolo che lo rende umido. L'appartamento è mezzo sottoterra, molto umido e con solo un finestrino per fare entrare aria, che si fa fatica ad aprire. Non ha condizionamento, solo deumidificatore che va continuamente e fa rumore, e con tanica piccola che va svuotata spesso. Data la zona ci si può aspettare l'arrivo di amici animaletti non desiderati, ma questo non è colpa di chi gestisce l'appartamento.

Gestione demenziale: bisogna andare a ritirare le chiavi in uff in Av da Republica, dove ti fanno un check in dei doc di 10 min che avresti potuto far online da casa (solo se è presente la persona che ti ha contattato, i colleghi non lo fanno, la mia è arrivata dopo 10 min!) per poi riattraversare la città fino all'appartamento, che è su per le scalette tipiche dell'Alfama, scomodissime e non adatte a persone non in forma. Niente scatoletta col pin o altre istruzioni per entrare in autonomia, niente incaricato che ti raggiunge in loco. Già prima del soggiorno avevo ricevuto mille messaggi di richiesta di addebito di acconto, saldo e cauzione (tre addebiti, e per ognuno tante email) quando la prenotazione avrebbe dovuto essere annullabile fino a un paio di gg prima. L'assistente che mi ha contattato un paio di gg prima dell'arrivo non era sempre in comunicazione, non mi ha dato le info richieste e, a fronte di una richiesta di dep bagagli, mi ha detto che avrebbe caricato 6€ x bagaglio se lasciavo le valigie in uff (ricordiamoci che l'uff è lontanissimo dall'appartamento!). Avendo io bisogno di lasciare il bagaglio sia in andata che in ritorno sarebbero stati SOLO 24€ per un servizio che tutti danno gratuitamente, con in più il disagio di attraversare la città. Per venirmi incontro mi ha detto che avremmo potuto lasciare i bagagli in stanza se non ci fosse stata un'altra prenotazione in arrivo. Alle 9:15 del giorno dopo ho scritto e non ho ottenuto risposta, ho dato per scontato che potessimo lasciare i bagagli e sono uscita. Arrivata al Cristo Rei, ore 11:30, ricevo una tel da un altro operatore che mi dice che devo andare a prendere i bagagli perchè ci sono persone che devono arrivare. Dopo accesa discussione che mi ha rovinato la giornata arriviamo ad un accordo che andremo al più presto a prendere i bagagli e che nel frattempo loro faranno comunque pulire la stanza. Risultato: giriamo tre ore coi bagagli appresso.

Che non era molto distante dal centro

Tutto , abitazione situata a ridosso di scalinate senza un logo davanti per segnalare il b&b e quindi trovata a caso infilando la chiave in tutte le porte circostanti l'alloggio, nessuno che ci ha accolto , appena aperta la porta puzza di muffa , formiche in giro , alloggio molto piccolo non adatto per 3 persone , non ci hanno lasciato neanche asciugamani per ognuna , non c era un minimo di privacy neanche per la toilette, scarafaggi morti in giro , topi fuori la porta dell alloggio che circolavano la sera, l alloggio ho solo una piccola finestra sopra la piccola cucina che tenendola aperta tutte le persona che passavano guardavano dentro perché a vista sulla strada , inoltre anche segnalando a proprietari e boking siamo dovute restare li poiché non ci avrebbero rimborsato o sostituito alloggio.

L'emplacement dans le quartier de l'Alfama. La grandeur de la douche, la décoration

L'odeur d'humidité, le manque d'intimité (pas de rideaux aux fenêtres alors que c'est au rdc), manque d'oreillers, manque de papiers toilettes, disfonctionnement de la télévision, manque de chaises (2 alors qu'on été 3).
