Size of room and breakfast
The mattress had a bump in the middle because it was two single beds joined together, that made it very uncomfortable. I stayed twice at Windsor and same issue with mattress in addition no double glazing so noise from outside was awful

Staff is very polite, professional, helpful, friendly and fluent in English. Awesome location - good shopping malls are a 5 minute walk away. Excellent facilities that are clean and give the hotel a 5-star feel. Spacious rooms. Excellent restaurant with good food.
WiFi was a bit slow.

The staff is truly exceptional. Tiago checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed — including thoughtful amenities for our pug, which made us feel especially welcome. The facilities are spotless, the room was spacious and very comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better. A special mention goes to the outstanding breakfast and the bar, which serves the best caipiroska we’ve had. We would absolutely stay here again.
If I had to point out one minor detail, the beers could have been a little colder, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.
