Moon Palace Jamaica - All Inclusive

The breakfast was fine I had good choices and the location was good. Just

Some dishes (just few)was a bit bland one morning the crispy bacon was over done. Otherwise everything, everyone was great.

This place is amazingly beautiful. The facilities are top notch, attention to detail & thoughtfulness toward guests is evident. The restaurants were very good & the variety of cuisines was something else.... We ate at Pier 8 a few times. ALYIA (not sure of spelling) was our waitress on evening the 15th Oct. She was the best 💯 Although she said she was still in training her confidence shone brightly. Polite, Professional, Attentive, Clear communication, Friendly approach. Knowledgeable on the menu items.. Can't big her up enough. She should most definitely pass her probation & represent herself & the hotel excellently. The Spa facilities are world class perfection 👌🏾 and we have been to many. We would like to commend all the staff on duty morning of 15th Oct 2026. From reception to massage...wow.... Shout out in particular to LEE & SHALISHA (masseuses) absolutely amazing...They gave my husband & I excellent massages, even sang happy birthday after finding out we were there to celebrate. These are one of the things that make Moon Palace shine... Always seeing customer service officers in reception or anywhere around the hotel willing to assist with anything you needed was awesome.... Facilities...fabulous, too many to mention. Don't have anything negative to stay about this place, our stay was brilliant. Only disappointment 😞 we couldn't extent our stay due to the hotel being at capacity ..... That says it all !!!

Needed 1 more night no vacancy 😞

The property was very clean and easy to get around

Beds were too small

I loved the Italian restaurant made us feel warm and welcome.

We didn’t feel warm And Welcome even Samantha at checkout was trying to get us to cancel the reservation she was not helpful and most of our stay the workers weren’t attentive and we had to help Ourselves we noticed the treated the white tourist differently I will never return to moon palace it was disappointing.
