Location was good as well there were dishes ( plates, cups) available in the room. The host was quick in response and helpful

I like the location. The hotel was very nice and clean and the hospitality was good. It's probably the best value place to stay in Chora Sfakion. I stayed twice, first room I had was one of the nicest coziest rooms I have stayed in and the second time was still a good enough room and I got an early checkin, so, say no more. It's a good place.

Location
The building is old and moderately maintained which is fine as the price point was where you would expect it to be compared to other properties. The cleaning staff was very pleasant and tried to be of assistance whenever asked. The desk staff can best be described as borderline surly which is very unCretan of them. My wife and I have stayed in over 50 accommodations on Crete during the past 3 years and never experienced such indifference.
