Pretty disappointing and rustical conditions - not what I booked, no soap, no plates.

The location is perfect if you are looking to spend some time in nature. The park itself is nice. Despite all the thing, managed to have good time there.

Just disappointment. It was a different house from what I've booked (different and worn out furniture, smaller couch, less chairs, other windows, other kitchen), the reception was pretty arrogant and after two hours on a phone with booking, they offered me either to stay or switch to another (still worse than I booked) house in another park. They were no ANY soap in the house (first time I see it). No plates in the kitchen at all. No towels (they could've offer me the towels on reception right? so I'd pay on the spot).

Amazingly located park for a great family stay

Amazingly located in the park, surrounded by trees and forest; very clean; friendly staff; great pool, soft play, trampolines and bowling for kids activities; kid’s entertainment also great; spacious, clean and comfortable accommodation.

Forest location, nice food on site, have a gift when leaving was really nice, number plate barrier is great, really close to town by car

Clean & comfy - nice spot

Das Häuschen und die Ausstattung. Sehr schön war, ein kleines Geschenk beim BC Eintreffen und beim Check Out zu bekommen.

Die Anfahrt ab Ede war teilweise gesperrt. Beschilderung war nicht vorhanden.

Reception staff very rude. The entrance ramp to the house recognizes only Dutch license plates. If you are not Dutch, you must pay a deposit for the card in the amount of €50 in order to be able to drive to the apartment. Also, you have to pay a deposit for the apartment in the amount of €150, which was returned to me only after 10 days. I stopped by the reception a couple of times to solve the problem with the plate system, I never got a positive answer. I will never stay there again.
