Such a nice host and so very helpful as we were moving our daughter to the area. Went out of his way to help us with our accommodations and help us learn the area. Welcomed our dog we had with us.

We had a great stay. Mike was a great host and made sure we knew where everything was. We were there to go to Universal and it was a great spot. Not too far from anything. We will definitely stay again!

The property owner was extremely accommodating, responded to communications quickly, the unit was clean, and he even lent us accessories for the beach. He met us and gave us an unnecessarily lengthy tour of the condo. We gave the Lister 3 stars upon arrival because he was very accommodating, albeit overbearing.However, this was not the unit we paid for online. The pictures and physical address on the listing did not match. When we asked about the contradiction, the Landlord informed us that he provided us with a 2 bedroom/2 bath, so we got what we paid for. He informed us that he had eight condos that all looked the same, and we got 1 of the 8. That is not what we paid for. We booked the condo based on the advertised photos.Ex: The Patio in the photo showed an outdoor patio. We got a fully enclosed small room with damaged (plastic lined) windows that smelled of mold. One picture on the listing showed that one of the bedroom windows looked out to a lakefront with a fountain. Although there was a lake on the property with a fountain, it was not near the property that we were provided.Overall, we found the experience to be somewhat misleading. That said, the owner was very kind and exceptionally accommodating, and we sincerely wish him all the best.
