Good for summer only

Good location is good (just some meters to the beach) and can be nice spot for summer (for max. 1-2 weeks).

Findings: - House is OK for summer, but not suitable for colder times (wind passes through the window chinks). - WLAN password was not available at the beginning (took 2 days). - Whirlpool and shower only give medium warm water. - Electricity is invoiced separately (surprise for me for such rather expensive house).
