We had a very pleasant and enjoyable time at the hotel. The location was very ideal and was well connected. The amenities were good and well stocked.
The late night reception staff on the 1st night wasn't aware of how to switch on the room AC.

The location and availability of local transport, restaurants, shops and tourist sights.
Having booked a ‘Superior King’ room it was poor that, apart from climbing over the bed, you had to edge sideways between the bed end and TV cabinet, a gap of about 30cm, to get to the far side. The rest of the room was fine, but I would choose a different one with hind sight. Photos on net show other rooms with more space.
