Reception (both day and night shift) and cleaning ladies were so nice!
The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the location is great cause everything is in walking distance.
There's a tiny elevator but at least you don't have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
Stayed 1 night before an eventful weekend in the city so prices were crazy everywhere, this place was still expensive (to me) but quality/price wise the best I could find.
It's an old building, I was on the same floor as the reception and I could hear EVERYTHING. People buzzing to get in, opening doors, people walking down the hall way, people talking, showering, snoring and having sex (they did try to be quiet vocally) in the next room. Tiny bathroom but for a single occupant it about fits.

Great location with lots close, great place to eat, coffee, easy to wander and explore Madrid
Very small room

The location is perfect. 5 mins from anywhere in madrid center area.
Room and bathroom are too small. Good for only one person. Walls are too thin you can hear every person walking or moving across the floor.

Location was good
The rooms that were showcased on Booking.com showed some space. My room was pretty much the size of a closet, with a very narrow bed (there was a bathroom as well).
