Staying in a fantastic small and very personalised resort. The staff were fantastic and I really felt looked after. They booked drivers, transfers, dinner etc, nothing was too much trouble. The welcome ritual enriches the experience, as does staying alongside the water palace. It’s fantastic to relax and eat breakfast overlooking the water palace and gardens. The room is spacious and quiet.

Perfect location in the centre of town. Remarkably quiet. Breakfast and the setting by the lotus pond one of the best we've enjoyed. Our room was tastefully furnished and the outdoor shower a treat. Given the heavy traffic it beats relying on a shuttle. Highly recommended.
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The location was excellent, near major attractions in UBUD, Ubud Palace, Market, Monkey Forest.
The pillows weren't very confortable. The breakfast needs more variety.

We were initally given a smaller room than we booked and had difficulty convincing staff to give us the booked room.
