The room comfortable and well cleaned.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was very good. The hotel is beautiful but in need of TLC, it is in a very central location that is great for visitors to really enjoy Penzance.
There was nothing I didn’t like, but it would be nice to see this hotel more loved.

Fantastic history, the reason we were staying to attend the Trafalgar dinner. Breakfast cooked fresh, good portion. Polite and attentive staff, in particular Helen who went the extra mile and made our stay. Thank you Helen.
