Hotel is in a good location at the main street by the ocean, building is old, furniture, curtains need to be renovated, is clean but needs to be up grated to give a better experience. Value for money is fair. Having that privileged location, and upgrade will be amazing. Progreso Port when is not a holiday or vacation season is quiet and lovely.
Loudness of the neighbors, they were a pain to try to sleep, but is the way it is. You cannot pick who will be next to you,

Great location
The bedroom was not what we saw in the pictures. We asked for more towels and we were told they couldn’t give us more than one per person. The room was not super clean there were a lot of spiders and cobwebs. The hall was super noisy and the shower is not really user friendly
