Overall if you're OK with a ten minute walk to the station and a more suburban location, it's great value if you can get in for a good price. The daiyokujo (public bath) is excellent. If you don't wake up early don't get the breakfast, but the breakfast was pretty good. There is also a Matsuya right there if you need it.
