Too small tv with bad sound, exit door on south opened without pass key- not secure, breakfast was good but minimal

Available when we needed a room in the area; price was acceptable; beds were comfortable; refrigerator with separate freezer; everything we in the room worked: lights, tv, curtains, storage.
Good room, typical for the type of hotel, nothing special.

Location is good, close to Black Sands Beach. Pretty trees in front and around property.
Honestly, for the price the hotel was disappointing. Nothing bad- just veryyy veryy dated amenities and rooms- walls very thin and beds were not very comfy. Big reason we booked was for fun water slide and it was “closed on Thursdays”. Super sad about that. Also on a side note the hallways are very dark.. like oddly dark. And hardly any lights on in the lobby when we arrived? My husband and I both noticed that and thought it was a little unsettling. The room was clean and the front desk service staff was nice upon arrival.
