Location, friendly staff.
No elevator, ice machine didn’t work.

Loved the shower! The room temp control was really good. Liked the black-out shade. The desk lights were interesting and efficient. Took me a minute to figure out how to turn them off. We were SO tired when we got in, but everything was really good. We actually were able to sleep, no outside noise coming in.
A little short on towels and washcloths. An extra of each would have been nice.

Great location, we really appreciated the added value of the little breakfast nook

We always stay at this hotel when we come into town.
We had to cancel our stay because the power was out due to severe thunderstorm that knocked out most of Elkhart Indiana.
