Location is killer. Bang on white beach station 2 next to Dmall entrance. Every single thing in boracay is right outside your door. Coming back dead tired after a full day of snorkeling, walking & even after late night partying, the location is untouchable for a beachfront resort. Deck chairs laid out and available most times. Nice medium pool which was never crowded. Large very nice jacuzzi started on demand whenever one wants. The room has all the mod cons, and the air-con always worked. No power outages. Copmlimentary insect repellant was a boon. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality.
Food & drinks were excellent. We had the buffet breakfast daily and it was a well rounded western + filipino food with sufficient meat ( not geared to the Chinese so that was great for us :-)). Cheese was a bit short but this is an island. We never wanted for anything and the staff went out of their way to accomodate us even when i wanted non-dairy milk for my coffee.
A big shoutout to Mr. Odjie, the person who is overall General Manager. Amazing hospitality, can get anything done, and all the staff were always smiling and obliging.
the hotel's pick up and drop at PHP 1100 per person is worth every rupee spent, much better than the Southwest drop we booked through Klook.
We took Cebu pacific from Manila to MPH and the flight was very nice but late each way, and the hotel accomodated us with no issues at all.
Felt a lot like Goa, commercial. Initially tried to charge for even a bucket of ice, but that was soon put right by the helpful managers. The staff are very helpful and obliging but a bit constrained by resort rules.
The property is a bit dated but well maintained.
Rooftop bar/lounge never operated while we were there although it s a brilliant location. Also the wind-break screen put up in front of the entire resort is a little odd as it takes away from a breathtaking view.
Touts are everywhere on the beach trying to sell you stuff, but hey this is a beach paradise. Take it in your stride as they are not at all rude.

I reserved via booking.com online for 2 adults and 1 child, paid 30,691.58 pesos online
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was informed that there will be an extra charge for my son of 2,800 per night x 3 nights a total of 8,400.00 pesos. Upon careful review, I saw in the confirmation that there were only 2 adults in the reservation.
I thought this was misleading online reservation because I was very sure each time I book a travel, my son is always included in our trip and it was very clear that when I place my booking, it was for 2 adults and 1 child.
Hot water in the shower room and bathroom broken, water was either too hot or too cold.

Poor breakfast, towels pretty old and broken. Pictures are little different from the reality.
By the way very nice position.
