Coomera Motor Inn

Location it was perfect for our plans. Comfortable and serviceable for our needs

Great value for money and an unbeatable location! We found our room to be very spacious and clean, and overall, it was great value for money. If you’re visiting the theme parks, the location is hard to beat! Movie World is only about a five-minute drive away, and Dreamworld is less than a minute down the road, making it a super convenient place to stay.

The check-in process was a little unusual, as it’s contactless and requires you to send a photo of your ID and bank card to a mobile number. I was reassured that the process was safe, but I would recommend the hotel consider introducing a secure online portal to make guests feel more comfortable sharing their personal information.

Location close to freeway. As a result I found it a little noisy but tolerable. I found my room a little lacking in natural light. I brought some food back to the room but there were no utensils. I was unsettled by the requirement to send a photo of my credit card and drivers license by text on arrival to get the access code for the Smartlock on the room. In the highly risky scam and personal information theft age we are in right now I think this is very poor practice and had I know this would be necessary at time of booking I would have booked elsewhere. There is enough risk out there already, so adding to it by having to share such info with a person or business you have extremely little information about is deeply concerning.

As above

Location

Cockroaches, iv stayed before and it’s been fine, but had to buy my own spray, so many roaches 🪳, and the pot smoker in room 17, was unable to leave windows or doors open.
