Location, staff and accommodations.
We knew about the tram noise just outside the window but that was not a big problem for us.

The location was perfect for walking around and seeing all the historic sights. Lots of fabulous coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. Large room with a very comfortable king-sized bed (what we booked). Friendly, helpful staff. Great private airport transport at 2:30 am. We will be back!
The front room is a bit noisy when the tram went by but we were aware of that - from the website and the staff informed us at check-in. The tram did not bother us.

Great location even with hills and stairs which make it more interesting. Staff friendly and very helpful.
More good quality restaurants in the area.

Reception staff were nice and friendly. Location was great .
Aircon broken in the bedroom before we arrived so we had a pool of water on the floor that we kept drying ourselves . Safe didn’t work either and continuous noise from the trams
