Fantastic staff, Very helpful they go above and beyond, they're a family run business. Helped tremendously with an issue I had with taxi go. The overall stay was very comfortable. Great location, very near to most sites such as Matsuyama castle, Dogo Onsen Honkan, Sogo Park and transport links.
The only improvement would be the air-conditioning in the elevator which was humid but this may be because of the onsen air vents.

the location was great, so was the onsen.
my bathroom stunk. it smelled very bad in the entire room. I couldn’t even go into the bathroom without holding my breath.
