Clean and comfortable with a perfect location to the beach.

Great location to the beach

Great facilities for a family stay. But when paying $306 per night i expected it to not smell like urine. I also turned

Great location and activities for kids etc. Close to everything.

The people before us had urinated in the garden outside our cabin and the sun had heated it up which had a very pungent urine smell. I asked if they could do something and they sent a guy who sprayed a liquid from a spray bottle which did nothing. It was extremely strong and disgusting. I phoned them again the next day but no one bothered to come. It was pretty gross.

Disappointing!

Great location and venue which we have visited many times in the past.

Will know not to stay over Labour weekend again. The holiday park was full of unsupervised teenagers staying for an annual basketball competition nearby. Lack of consideration for other guests meant we weren’t unable to enjoy our stay. No sleep until after 2am when they finally went to bed after congregating outside our cabin. Not completely the parks fault, however I feel there needs to be better management of shared facilities, staff monitoring of the pool and spa areas, supervision of large groups, and enforcement of quiet hours to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay alongside these sports groups. Be aware if you plan to stay over Labour weekend in the future.
