The suite was really spacious and nicely decorated. Staff was also generally friendly and helpful. It is also situated in a lovely estate with access to the beach. The views are absolutely breathtaking.
Noma also made sure my partner would be able to check in after midnight by making arrangements with security, really appreciated that.
When I arrived there I was immediately unimpressed with how I was received. Everything seemed rushed as if I was at some dodgy motel. The check in process was so weird I didn’t even hear what the lady said. In this rush they somehow gave me the wrong room. The lady at reception, Noma, quickly rectified this a few minutes later so I was glad this was sorted out.
The pool did not look like it was ever cleaned throughout our stay, we didn’t really get a chance to use it but it wasn’t an inviting space at all.
The service could also be improved if they also assisted guests with their luggage during check in and check out. A golf cart service would be nice for moving around the estate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay: beautiful setting, friendly staff and comfortable accommodation. We will happily return, particularly if we could have the same room.
The bathroom had a dirty drain smell—putting the plug in the bath to block the drain did help a bit. I suggest a deep clean is necessary.

It was a wonderful breakfast, enjoyed it
The hot water should be a bit more warmer

The gorgeous views and the room setup
It was filthy - we had a room with a little balcony but it was extremely dirty 😳 the carpeted stairway walking up to the rooms is filthy - really needs a clean. Our bedding was dirty and I had to ask for someone to change it.
Thankfully the receptionist attended to it swiftly. There is no lift to take up luggage nor is there a butler to help carry. The lodge was also quite noisy as the restaurant is downstairs just under the rooms
