We enjoyed kind staff, great location (close to Pruhonice park - UNESCO heritage), clean and cozy room, wifi, safe closed parking place (for a small fee 4Eur/night, but if there's space, you can park gratis on the street in front of the hotel).
Noises from the street or from neighbours can wake up light-sleepers. The bathroom is tiny, but usable. Just the sink could be a bit bigger (not wider, as there's no space) because it's hard to wash your face there :-)

Very friendly staff. Thank you very much.
A little old. Needs some renovation.

Very good with lot of choices for breakfast. Lot of warm (eggs, sausage) and great salamis for choice. Very good coffee even it was from the machine.
No air-conditioning in the room. Very laud street even at night (specially with opened windows). Very small room with old not comfortable beds.
