Great location, convenient check in and check out system.
The staff at the bar was not very welcoming as we tried to order some of their bakery options.
There is a very convenient market in the hotel which was generally ok but some of the things were really overpriced so better buy them in advance from a store (e.g. water was 5 euro). There is a water fountain in the hotel though.

Clean and tidy and has friendly staff
The location was slightly out of the way however that was it

It was close to the airport, bus and tram. Breakfast was great but we had to pay 25euro per person. Rooms we clean but very small.
You cannot open the windows, it was quite cold too. Max heating setting was 25 and never been higher than 23 no matter what.

Location
For a 4 star hotel I expected much more from the rooms. The cleanliness wasn’t great, I could see dirt everywhere I looked. Woke up in the morning with workers outside my window making loud noises. The hotel didn’t inform me that, for example, I should close the curtains. Very disappointing stay for the value paid.
Cleaning service every 3 days only. New towels only upon request.
