Location-wise, it could not be more ideal. It is incredibly close to the Via Francigena, making it the perfect sanctuary to slip into after a long day of walking. Despite its accessibility, the property is remarkably quiet. There is zero street noise, just pure tranquility that lets you actually unwind and reset.
The communication from the host was exceptional from start to finish—clear, proactive, and completely effortless. Inside the room, the attention to detail shines. The bed is exceptionally comfortable,
Katerina was a wonderful host, full of restaurant suggestions and information and their little dog Tina was so sweet.

Very attentive staff. Took a personal interest.
There is a metal staircase you must climb with about 20 steps up and then down in order to cross the railroad tracks. After a long day of walking, etc. I could have done without the steps - but it was a modest price to pay for the hotel. I also would have liked more selection for breakfast - eggs cooked and not just hardboiled. But it was ok.
