This is probably one of the oldest hotels in Rocky Point but the lobby has been nicely maintained and remodeled. The staff was fantastic and friendly and the food at the restaurant was top notch. The hotel has easy beach access and the pool was heated.
The pools need to be resurfaced and the jacuzzi was made of cement.

Location is awesome. We wish the swim up bar and snack bar was open, but it was during the week, when we were there.
Closed swim up bar. Closed snack shack. No servers around the pool.

Great location, clean room, food was good, more variety would have been nice, beach is walking distance!
The extra charge for parking!

Great view, fantastic pool although pool bar closed
Everything felt so policed and too many rules with “ security” staff everywhere, telling you where to sit, you have to go to reception to get a pool towel, although you are the only guest in the entire pool area you cannot sit on the Paloma’s and watch the sunset without paying.
Pool bar closed and no one offers you a drink, towel etc
Parking you have to pay valet or go down the road to park - this is not explained when you book
Info at check in was not explained in how the hotel works, how to get on WiFi
Our room had no hot water working in the shower. We were only there one night.
Breakfast was included but only from 7am - coffee shop and restaurant closed before then so early travelers have no access to getting something to eat or a decent coffee
