Breakfast was very good. Allotted room was very good with good view of the hills and the ooty city. Staff was also decent. We travelled with the toddler and the restaurant had given us fruit purees and also made the baby meal with our pre-mix for all 4 days of our stay on our request.
Pricing at the restaurant is too much high for the lunch & dinner. If it was less then we would have had our lunch and dinner plans in the restaurant for all 4 days of our stay. Due to the high pricing we only had our lunch and dinner on only one day and ended up going to the nearby local restaurants on the other days of our stay.

nothing much
I was told room will be ready at 1 pm, but it was not ready
Receptionist said buffet dinner is available at 20% discount and i paid around 3300/- for two of us. But the quality of the food was not that worth. I understand the location is on a hill station and cant be compared with a city hotel buffet, but when they are charging high, they should keep items so that guests feel that this is worth even if lot of items are not there.
