Wide selection of breakfast items and extreme attentiveness from staff
Ability to rinse off sand from the beach would be great

Out third stay in this hotel, which is just awesome for a family with young kid(s). Remote (i.e. very relaxing), with great amenities, excellent buffet, and amazing staff (including the general manager who always had/has kind gestures towards us)
Maybe the mattress could be made firmer ? We also noticed the A/C was not that powerful. But these are very minor points, as all the rest was awesome.

Room had a superb view and beds were really comfortable. Lovely soft towels and all perfectly clean. Buffet breakfast had an excellent selection which was restocked right up until finishing time. Location was great; a relief to get away from the crazy modern complexes! Easy to order a taxi which took us quickly to other areas or the LRT; a more frequent shuttle bus to an LRT station would have been ideal if looking for a way to improve the stay. My teenage children loved the pool obstacle courses which had been set up and enjoyed playing football on the grass lawn; really impressed that they had thought of this for older kids!!
Unfortunately the staff were setting up for a function one day during our stay; not an issue apart from the noisy and out of tune karaoke which we had to put up with whilst relaxing by the pool.......for sound testing as well as the event itself.
